Hands-on people-operations work at a growing technology company: onboarding, engagement, documentation and HR systems — including our own product, Vestval People.

- Support onboarding and documentation for new joiners
- Help run engagement, feedback and review cycles
- Maintain HR records and policy documentation
- Work inside Vestval People and suggest product improvements
- Help with policy drafts and internal communications
- Support hiring coordination alongside talent acquisition
Required skills
- Organized, discreet and reliable with sensitive information
- Strong written communication
- Comfort with HR tools and spreadsheets
- Bonus: HR coursework or prior internship
Preferred / bonus
- Exposure to one HRMS platform (Vestval People or others)
- Basic understanding of Indian labour and statutory norms
- Process orientation — checklists, SOPs, runbooks
