- Coordinate interviews and keep candidates informed
- Track hiring funnel metrics and improve them
- Help craft and refresh role descriptions in plain English
- Run candidate feedback loops to improve interview quality
Required skills
- Strong communication and people judgment
- Comfort with sourcing tools and Boolean search
- Organized pipeline management
- Bonus: technical-recruiting exposure, understanding of tech roles
Preferred / bonus
- Has sourced for technical roles before (interns or full-time)
- Familiarity with ATS workflows
- Comfort writing rejection emails that feel human
